New Security Documents definition

New Security Documents means the New Master Swap Agreement, the New Corporate Guarantee, the New Mortgage, the New Assignment of Insurances and Earnings, the New Assignment of Charter, the New Manager's Undertaking and Assignment of the Manager, the New Master Agreement Security Deed, the New DSI Assignment of Insurances, the New Earnings Account Pledge and the New Cash Collateral Account Pledge.
New Security Documents means, together:
New Security Documents shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.12(b).

Examples of New Security Documents in a sentence

  • A copy of any other consent, licence, approval, authorisation or other document, opinion or assurance which the Lender considers to be necessary or desirable (if it has notified the Borrower accordingly) in connection with the entry into and performance of the transactions contemplated by the New Security Documents or for the validity and enforceability of the New Security Documents.

  • The Administrative Agent is hereby authorized to enter into any New Security Documents in connection with any Reversion Date.

  • The New Security Documents together with all other documents required by any of them.

More Definitions of New Security Documents

New Security Documents means the New Guarantee, the New Share Charge, the Deeds of Confirmation and the New Mortgages.
New Security Documents means the transaction security documents in respect of the collateral for the New Notes.
New Security Documents means, together, the Collateral Guarantee, the Collateral Mortgage, the Collateral General Assignment, the Collateral Manager's Undertaking and the Collateral Operating Account Pledge;
New Security Documents means the Amended and Restated Security Agreement and the Mortgage Amendments and each other amendment to any Security Document delivered in accordance with applicable local or foreign law to grant a valid, perfected security interest in any property as collateral for the Obligations, and all UCC or other financing statements or instruments of perfection required by this Agreement, the Amended and Restated Security Agreement, any Mortgage Amendments or any other such security document or pledge agreement to be filed with respect to the security interests in property and fixtures created pursuant to the Amended and Restated Security Agreement or any Mortgage Amendment.
New Security Documents means each document governing security to be granted in accordance with the SSRCF Credit Agreement, New Money Notes Indenture, the Exchange Notes Indenture, the Amended and Restated Senior Secured Term Loan Credit Agreement, the Restructuring Implementation Deed, and the Agreed Steps Plan.
New Security Documents means the transaction security documents in respect of the collateral for the New Debt Instruments.
New Security Documents means the A&R Security Agreement, the Pledge Agreements described in clauses (e) and (f) of the definition of “Pledge Agreements”, the HAT Holdings II Limited Guaranty, the A&R Guaranty, and the A&R HAT Holdings I Limited Guaranty.
