A copy of any other consent, licence, approval, authorisation or other document, opinion or assurance which the Lender considers to be necessary or desirable (if it has notified the Borrower accordingly) in connection with the entry into and performance of the transactions contemplated by the New Security Documents or for the validity and enforceability of the New Security Documents.
The Administrative Agent is hereby authorized to enter into any New Security Documents in connection with any Reversion Date.
