New Senior Notes definition

New Senior Notes has the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.
New Senior Notes means the Parent Borrower’s 8.375% Senior Notes due 2017 and 8.75% Senior Notes due 2020, each issued pursuant to the New Senior Note Agreements and any senior notes issued pursuant to a Permitted Refinancing of the New Senior Notes (including any Registered Equivalent Notes).
New Senior Notes means Emergent’s 8.5% Senior Notes due 2021 issued pursuant to the New Senior Note Indenture.

Examples of New Senior Notes in a sentence

  • The New Indenture shall have been executed and authorized and the New Senior Notes shall have been delivered in accordance with the New Indenture and shall constitute valid senior secured indebtedness of Reorganized Congoleum.

  • The New Senior Notes shall be governed by the terms and conditions set forth in the New Indenture.

More Definitions of New Senior Notes

New Senior Notes means debt securities issued after the Amendment No. 2 Effective Date of the Escrow Issuer to finance a portion of the Medicis Transactions; provided that the net proceeds of such debt securities are deposited into the Escrow Account upon the issuance thereof.
New Senior Notes means the 5.125% Senior Notes due 2024 in an aggregate principal amount of $1,750,000,000 outstanding as of the Closing Date issued pursuant to the New Senior Notes Indenture.
New Senior Notes means any senior notes issued on or after the Restatement Effective Date in accordance with the requirements of Section 7.01(j).
New Senior Notes means, collectively, (i) the New Senior Cash-Pay Notes and (ii) the New Senior Toggle Notes.
New Senior Notes means (i) the Initial New Senior Notes, (ii) the Exchange Senior Notes and (iii) the Additional Senior Notes, in each case as the same may be amended, modified and/or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof and the Credit Agreement.
New Senior Notes means, collectively, the New Senior Dollar Notes and the New Senior Euro Notes.
New Senior Notes means the new senior notes issued by Reorganized Comdisco and New Leasing Company in the aggregate face amount of $400 million, bearing interest at the three month LIBOR plus 3.0% and maturing 18 months from the date of issuance governed by the terms of the New Senior Notes Indenture.
