New Version means any new version of the Software that the Contractor may from time to time introduce and market generally as a distinct licensed product, as may be indicated by Contractor's designation of a new version number.
New Version means a new release of Software, other than Enhancements, Maintenance Releases or modifications, tailoring and/or customization resulting from Integration Services, or a new option not previously available which add to Software significant new features, functions or capabilities or significant improvements in performance.
