New Warrants definition

New Warrants means those certain warrants to purchase New Valaris Equity on the terms set forth in the New Warrant Agreement.
New Warrants means, collectively, the New Series A Warrants and the New Series B Warrants.

More Definitions of New Warrants

New Warrants shall have the meaning set forth in the Warrants.
New Warrants means warrants exercisable for 25.0% of the New Equity (subject to dilution from the Management Incentive Plan) with a seven-year tenor (and no Black-Scholes protection) and at an aggregate equity value strike price equal to $2.025 billion.
