New Well means a water well that will serve a new or significantly expanded use, which represents an increased extraction of groundwater.

  • Unless a Participant delivers written notice to NDL within ten (10) days of receipt of a New Well Notice that the Participant has elected not to participate in the New Well, the Participant will be deemed to have elected to participate in the New Well.
