Next Business Day definition

Next Business Day means the specific Business Day immediately following Customer’s submission of a problem to Symantec for assistance.
Next Business Day means the next day the court is open for business.
Next Business Day or “NBD” shall mean Monday through Friday, excluding Gap holidays (i.e., New Years, Christmas, Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day), during local store business hours.

Next Business Day. Next Business Day service is available within the Principal Area of Maintenance (PAM). ▇f on-site service is required, McDATA will dispatch a representative within 24 hours of your request, unless such dispatch would fall on a weekend or McDATA holiday, in which case the representative will be dispatched on the next McDATA business day. In response to a call placed during normal business hours (8-5 your local time) a Customer Engineer (CE) will arrive at your site before 5:00pm the next business day. Any call received after 5:00pm local time will be handled as if received the next day.
Next Business Day means that a FRU is shipped to arrive, or an authorised service engineer is scheduled to arrive, on the next Business Day provided that remote diagnosis is completed and the FRU is ordered before 3:00pm. Next Business Day means Customer is replacing faulty Hardware based on Customer’s own resources unless otherwise determined by the manufacturer of the Hardware. ATA< SATA and MDL SAS hard drives have a maximum warranty period of (1) year regardless of the warranty period for the system in which they are installed. Solid State Drives, may be subject to Maximum Usage Limitation: the maximum amount of data that can be written to the device, Parts and components that Company determines have reached or exceeded their maximum usage limitations will not be provided, repaired or replaced under warranty. Response times are based on local standard business days and working hours. Response time is based on commercially reasonable efforts. In some countries and under certain supplier constraints, response time may vary. If Customer’s location is outside the customary service zone, response time may be longer or there may be an additional charge. Preventive maintenance requirements according to manufacturer’s manuals must be performed to maintain warranty and serviceability.
