Next Business Day. Next Business Day service is available within the Principal Area of Maintenance (PAM). ▇f on-site service is required, McDATA will dispatch a representative within 24 hours of your request, unless such dispatch would fall on a weekend or McDATA holiday, in which case the representative will be dispatched on the next McDATA business day. Next Business Day means Customer is replacing faulty Hardware based on Customer’s own resources unless otherwise determined by the manufacturer of the Hardware.
