NGA definition

NGA means the Natural Gas Act of 1938, as amended.

NGA means the Natural Gas Act of June 21, 1938, c. 556, 52 Stat. 821 (15U.S.C. 717 et seq.).

NGA shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.08(b).

Examples of NGA in a sentence

NGA has in the past and shall in the future, upon AIRO’s request, provide reasonable advisory services (the “Services”) relating to AIRO’s consideration of and execution of roll-up mergers and a SPAC Transaction.
For the avoidance of doubt, all activities of NGA related to AIRO are deemed to be Services subject to this Agreement.
Neither NGA nor AIRO may assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement without the other Party’s prior written consent.

NGA means the United States Natural Gas Act of 1938, as heretofore and hereafter amended, and codified 15 U.S.C. §717 et seq.

NGA has the meaning set forth in Section 4.13(a).

NGA means the Natural Gas Act of 1938, 15 U.S.C.A. §717 et. seq. (1997). A reference herein to a specific section or sections of the NGA shall be deemed to include a reference to any corresponding provision of any successor law.

NGA means the Natural Gas Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 717, et seq., and FERC’s implementing regulations thereunder.

NGA shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.22.

NGA has the meaning provided such term in Section 4.18.
