NO BROKER. S OR FINDER'S FEES. No agent, broker, investment banker or similar Person has acted directly or indirectly on behalf of Seller in connection with the Transaction Agreements or the transactions contemplated thereby, and no Person, including Seller, Kilat or either of the Shareholders, is or will be entitled to any broker's or finder's fee or any other commission or similar fee or expense, directly or indirectly, in connection with the Transaction Agreements or the transactions contemplated thereby.
