No Increases. Contractor shall not increase the Charges or Maximum Amount due from the Counties under this Agreement for all Services and Deliverables during the term of this Agreement, except as otherwise specifically permitted in the Agreement.

If AOC fails to make timely payment, Contractor may invoice AOC one percent per month on the amount overdue or a minimum of $1. Payment will not be considered late if payment is deposited electronically in Contractor’s bank account or if a check or warrant is postmarked within 30 Days of Acceptance of the System or receipt of Contractor’s properly prepared invoice, whichever is later.
