No Party Deemed Drafter. Each of the parties hereto agrees that no party hereto shall be deemed to be the drafter of this Agreement.
No Party Deemed Drafter. The Parties agree that no Party shall be deemed to be the drafter of this Agreement and further that in the event that this Agreement is ever construed by a court of law, such court shall not construe this Agreement or any provision of this Agreement against any Party as the drafter of the Agreement.
No Party Deemed Drafter. Each Party to this Agreement acknowledges that such Party has been represented by legal counsel in preparation of this Agreement. If this Agreement or any provision hereof is interpreted by a court of law, no provision hereof shall be construed more harshly against any Party as drafter.
No Party Deemed Drafter. Manager and Sub-Manager agree that (i) no party shall be deemed to be the drafter of this Agreement and (ii) in the event that his Agreement is ever construed by a court of law, such court shall not deem either party to be the drafter of this Agreement.
No Party Deemed Drafter. CHS, Servicer, Seller, each Purchaser, each Purchaser Agent and Administrative Agent agree that no party hereto shall be deemed to be the drafter of this Agreement.
No Party Deemed Drafter. The Borrower and the Lender agree that no party hereto shall be deemed to be the drafter of this Credit Agreement.
No Party Deemed Drafter. The parties agree that neither party shall be deemed to be the drafter of this Agreement and that in the event this Agreement is ever construed by a court of law or equity, such court shall not construe this Agreement or any provision hereof against either party as the drafter of the Agreement. Seller and Purchaser, and each of them, acknowledging that both parties hereto have contributed substantially and materially to the preparation hereof.

The Company, each of the ----------------------- Borrowers, the Lenders and the Agents agree that no party hereto shall be deemed to be the drafter of this Agreement, and each of the Borrowers, the Company, the Lenders and the Agents further agree that, in the event this Agreement is ever construed by a court of law, such court shall not construe this Agreement or any provision of this Agreement against any party hereto as the drafter of this Agreement.
No Party Deemed Drafter. This Agreement will be considered for all purposes as prepared through the joint efforts of the Parties and will not be construed against one Party or the other as a result of the preparation, substitution, submission, or other event of negotiation, drafting or execution hereof.
No Party Deemed Drafter. In the event of a dispute between any of the parties hereto over the meaning of this License Agreement, no party shall be deemed to have been the drafter hereof, and the principle of law that contracts are construed against the drafter shall not apply.
