No Right to Continue Employment. This Agreement shall not confer upon Holder any right with respect to continuance of employment with a Participating Company nor shall it interfere in any way with the right of a Participating Company to terminate the Holder’s employment at any time.
No Right to Continue Employment. Nothing herein shall be construed to confer upon the Participant the right to continue in the employment of the Company or interfere with or restrict in any way the right of the Company to discharge the Participant at any time (subject to any contract rights of the Participant).

Subject to the severance provisions in this Agreement or in any other written agreement between the Bank and Executive, the Bank reserves the right to terminate Executive’s employment at any time.

No Right to Continue Employment. The Option shall not confer upon the Optionee any right to continued employment for the length of the vesting schedule or for any portion thereof.

This Agreement and any related material is not intended to give (and shall not give) Employee the right to continue in employment with TROV or a subsidiary of TROV or to adversely affect the right of TROV or any subsidiary of TROV to terminate Employee's employment with or without Cause at any time.
No Right to Continue Employment. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall: (i) confer upon the Employee any right with respect to the continuance of his or her employment agreement with the Company, or by any Parent or Subsidiary corporation of the Company, or (ii) limit in any way the right of the Company, or of any Parent or Subsidiary corporation, to terminate the Employee's employment at any time. Except to the extent the Company and the Employee shall have otherwise agreed in writing, the Employee's employment shall be terminable by the Company (or by a Parent or Subsidiary, if applicable) at will. Subject to Section 13, the Board in its sole discretion shall determine whether any leave of absence or interruption in employment (including an interruption during military service) shall be deemed a termination of employment for the purposes of this Agreement.
No Right to Continue Employment. Neither the Plan, this Option, nor any related material shall give Optionee the right to continue in employment by Caribou or any Subsidiary or other Affiliate, nor shall the Plan, this Option, nor any related material adversely affect or in any way limit the right of Caribou or any Subsidiary or Affiliate to terminate Optionee's employment with or without cause at any time.
No Right to Continue Employment.
