No Third Party Options. No person has any existing agreements, options, commitments or rights to acquire any of the Assets or any interest therein.
No Third Party Options. There are no existing agreements, options, commitments, or rights with, of or to any person to acquire any of Seller's assets, properties or rights included in the Acquired Assets or any interest therein.

No Third Party Options. There are no agreements, options, or commitments with, of or to any person to acquire the Subject Property that were created during Seller’s period of ownership. To Seller’s knowledge, there are no agreements, options or commitments with, of or to any person to acquire the Subject Property that were created prior to Seller’s period of ownership that would continue to be in effect on or after the Effective Date.
No Third Party Options. There are no existing agreements, options, commitments or rights with, to or in any person to acquire the Business, any of the Assets or any interest therein, except for this Agreement and those contracts entered into in the normal course of business consistent with past practice for the sale of Seller's products and services.

Except as provided in the Disclosure Schedule with respect to the options to purchase 13,800 shares of Shelby County Common Stock under the Stock Option Plan, there are no agreements, options, commitments or rights with, of or to any third party to acquire any shares of capital stock or assets of Shelby County, SCSB or either of the Subsidiaries which are binding upon Shelby County, SCSB or either of the Subsidiaries.
