Nodal Service Clearing Member means a person who is designated as such by the Clearing House pursuant to the UK General Regulations and who is not an FCM Clearing Member.

  • The Clearing House will effect such transfer (in conjunction with Nodal) within two days of receiving a request for such transfer from the relevant Receiving Nodal Service Clearing Member; provided, that the Nodal Service Clearing Member completes, to the satisfaction of the Clearing House, any documentation as required and provided by the Clearing House.

  • Clearing System Business Day means in relation to an Index, any day on which the principal domestic clearing systems customarily used for settling trades in securities comprising such Index is (or, but for the occurrence of an event beyond the control of the Company or the Hedging Counterparty as a result of which such clearing system cannot clear the transfer of such securities, would have been) open for the acceptance and execution of settlement instructions.
