Nominated Adviser definition

Nominated Adviser means ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ appointed by the Company pursuant to rule 1 of the AIM Rules and assuming the responsibilities set out in rule 39 of the AIM Rules;

Nominated Adviser has the meaning given to the expression "nominated adviser" in the AIM Rules;
