Nominated Advisor definition

Nominated Advisor means a registered person appointed to undertake the responsibilities set out under regulation 10A;
Nominated Advisor s" means a company licensed by the authority to undertake the responsibility of nurturing and assisting an issuer for a public office of securities, listing of those securities on the enterprise growth market of the stock exchange and advising the issuer listed on the enterprise growth market.
Nominated Advisor means Nominated Adviser (Nomad) as defined in the AIM Rules (being Beaumont Cornish).

  • Joint Steering Committee or “JSC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Special Committee means a committee of the Board of Managers of the Company comprised of two individuals, each of whom qualifies as an Independent Manager.
