Nominated Beneficiary definition

Nominated Beneficiary means, at any time, a Person who has been designated as a “Nominated Beneficiary” under, and at that time remains a “Nominated Beneficiary” in accordance with, a Nomination.
Nominated Beneficiary means a person nominated under Article 63 or (where the context so requires) a previous provision to the like effect;
Nominated Beneficiary means the person nominated by the Policyholder to receive the Benefits upon the death of the Policyholder;

More Definitions of Nominated Beneficiary

Nominated Beneficiary means a person who has been nominated by a Member to receive payments following the Member's death pursuant to an optional method of payment described in Section 4.03. The designation of Nominated Beneficiary shall be in writing and notarized, and shall be effective upon receipt by the System.
