Nominated Beneficiary definition

Nominated Beneficiary means, at any time, a Person who has been designated as a “Nominated Beneficiary” under, and at that time remains a “Nominated Beneficiary” in accordance with, a Nomination.
Nominated Beneficiary means a person nominated under Article 63 or (where the context so requires) a previous provision to the like effect;
Nominated Beneficiary means a beneficiary nominated by the Contract Holder to receive the Death Benefit subject to the provisions of Clause 20.

More Definitions of Nominated Beneficiary

Nominated Beneficiary means any individual or corporation named in a signed expression of wish relating to the disposal of any sum to be held upon the discretionary trusts, as referred to in paragraph (e) of the definition of "discretionary trusts", who is neither a relative nor a dependant of the individual expressing the wish.
