Nominated Quantity definition

Nominated Quantity means the quantity of Gas that a Shipper requests to be transported on a Day, being either a Daisy Chain Nomination or a Pooled Nomination.
Nominated Quantity has the meaning given in Clause 5.3(d); “Nominated Third Party” has the meaning given in Clause 6.4; “Nomination” has the meaning given in Clause 5.2;
Nominated Quantity shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

Examples of Nominated Quantity in a sentence

  • In the case of under-withdrawal, the quantity of Natural Gas accounted for as withdrawn by the Customer on a Day will be the Nominated Quantity less the under-withdrawal.

  • In the case of under-injection, the quantity of Natural Gas accounted for as injected by the Customer on a Day will be the Nominated Quantity less the under-injections.


More Definitions of Nominated Quantity

Nominated Quantity means the quantity of natural gas in MMBTU, confirmed by the shipper to the authorised entity for delivery at the designated entry point with details of off takes at the relevant exit point on daily basis for distribution or for consumption:
Nominated Quantity means the quantity of Plant Gas nominated by Seller to be delivered at the applicable Delivery Point during the applicable period.
Nominated Quantity means the quantity of gas supply that has been nominated by shipper to Transporter and confirmed to be received by the pipeline for the delivery period specified in the nomination.
Nominated Quantity means in respect of an Hour, the quantity of Net Electrical Output which has been nominated by Buyer in accordance with Clause 10.2.2(c) for delivery by Seller at the Delivery Point. Nominated Quantities shall be based on the projected Actual Capacity of the Plant. A Nominated Quantity shall include any Nominated Quantity which has been validly varied in accordance with Clause 10.3.2.
Nominated Quantity means the quantity of Gas (in MMBtu) nominated by Shipper pursuant to the provisions of Section VI of this Exhibit A.
