Any amendment to this Agreement after the Nomination Date, will only be valid if it is in writing and signed by you.
Any Athlete who has been nominated for selection to the Team by an NSO by the Nomination Date may appeal against their selection or non-selection by the NZOC in accordance with the procedures set out in this Agreement (“a Selection Appeal”).
The NZOC may amend the Athlete Agreement at any time prior to the Nomination Date.
Any Athlete who has returned a completed Athlete Application by the Application Date and an Athlete Agreement by the Nomination Date may appeal against their nomination or non- nomination by the NSO in accordance with the procedures set out in this Agreement (“a Nomination Appeal”).
