Nomination Date definition

Nomination Date as herein used means twenty-fifth (25th) of the month preceding the movement; provided that if the twenty-fifth (25th) of such month falls on a weekend, the date shall be the preceding workday, and further provided that if the twenty-fifth (25th) of such month falls on a holiday the date shall be two (2) workdays prior to the holiday.
Nomination Date means the twentieth (20th) day of the month preceding the Operating Month.
Nomination Date as herein used means the the fifteenth (15th) of the month preceding the movement, as adjusted for weekends and Carrier Holidays pursuant to Rule 30(c).

Examples of Nomination Date in a sentence

  • After the Nomination Date, the NZOC may amend the Athlete Agreement in respect of an Athlete or Athletes save that no amendment to the Athlete Agreement will be effective until signed by or on behalf of the affected Athlete.

  • Any Athlete who has returned a completed Athlete Application by the Application Date and an Athlete Agreement by the Nomination Date may appeal against their nomination or non- nomination by the NSO in accordance with the procedures set out in this Agreement (“a Nomination Appeal”).

More Definitions of Nomination Date

Nomination Date as herein used means 15th of the month preceding the movement; provided that when the 15th of the month falls on a weekend, Nominations will be required prior to 12:00 noon Central Standard Time/Central Daylight Saving Time, whichever is applicable, on the preceding Business Day. When the 15th of the month falls on a Carrier Holiday, Nominations will be required prior to 12:00 noon Central Standard Time/Central Daylight Saving Time, whichever is applicable, 3 Business Days prior to the Carrier Holiday.
Nomination Date means the Business Day which is three (3) Business Days prior to the commencement of an Interest Period;
Nomination Date means on or before 14 April 2022 (and includes any alternative date as agreed between NZOC and SNZ) by which SNZ must submit any Nominated Athletes to the NZOC.
