Non-Affiliate definition

Non-Affiliate means, for any specified Person, any other Person that is not an Affiliate of the specified Person.

Non-Affiliate means, as to the party specified, any Person who is not an Affiliate of such party.

Non-Affiliate means any corporation, company, agency, government, business, entity or person other than Entergy, a direct or indirect subsidiary of Entergy, or a person employed by Entergy or any of such subsidiaries.
