Non-Collectable Waste definition
Non-Collectable Waste means the materials as described in ‘Schedule B’ that will not be picked up at the curbside;
Non-Collectable Waste means waste as set out in Schedule “C” to this By-Law;
Non-Collectable Waste means any item designated by Council or the Waste Management Coordinator which is not permitted to be collected within the Town’s waste collection system;

Non-Collectable Waste generally means items that are not suitable for collection as waste. Items may include:
Non-Collectable Waste means the materials as described in the Environmental Protection Act R.S.O. 1990, c. e. 19.
Non-Collectable Waste means waste as set out in Schedule “A” to this By-Law; (déchets impropres à la collecte)
Non-Collectable Waste means materials not acceptable for Curbside Collection by virtue of its size or shape; over limit Waste, overweight Waste, Prohibited Waste, unsorted materials, Bulky Items; materials placed out for Curbside Collection at times other than those specified times in this By-law; or any Waste item determined by the Designated Municipal Official to be unsuitable for collection.
Non-Collectable Waste means any waste or matter other than garbage, domestic refuse, or commercial refuse and notwithstanding and without restricting the generality of the foregoing shall include:
