Non-Commercial means not conducted for profit, cost-recovery or re-sale.

Non-Commercial means any Use of the Software which (a) is not undertaken for profit; (b) is not intended to produce software, works, services, or data for commercial use; or (c) is neither conducted, or funded, by a person or an entity engaged in the commercial use, application, development or exploitation of works similar to the Software.
