Examples of Non-Competition Covenant in a sentence
In consideration of the benefits received under this Transition Agreement, the Executive hereby reconfirms his obligations under the Restrictive Covenants in all respects, and agrees and acknowledges that the Non-Competition Covenant Termination Date (as used in the Employment Agreement) shall mean the date that is two years following the date of termination of the Executive’s employment with the Company (e.g., at the end of the Transition Period).
The restrictions of this Non-Competition Covenant apply to all activity performed throughout the United States (the “Restricted Area”).
At its sole election, Capital One may waive the Non-Competition Covenant set forth in Paragraph 1(c) in whole or in part if it determines that its enforcement is not required to protect its legitimate business interests.
This Non-Competition Covenant includes, but is not limited to, the Employee agreeing not to directly or indirectly, during the period specified, divert or attempt to divert current or former customers of the Employer to seek services similar to those provided by the Employer.
You agree that, if Your employment with Capital One terminates, You will be able to earn a livelihood without violating this Agreement, including, without limitation, the Non-Competition Covenant set forth in Paragraph 1(c).
