Non-Competition Period definition

Non-Competition Period means the period the Executive is employed by the Company plus one (1) year from the Termination Date if the Executive's employment is terminated (i) by the Company for any reason, (ii) by the Executive for any reason, or (iii) by reason of either the Company's or the Executive's decision not to extend the term of this Agreement as contemplated by Section 1 hereof.
Non-Competition Period means the period beginning at the end of the Term and ending one (1) year after the end of the Term.
Non-Competition Period means the time of the Employee’s employment and a period of 12 months following the termination of the Employee’s employment for any reason.

Examples of Non-Competition Period in a sentence

  • The Executive agrees that during the Non-Competition Period, the Executive will not engage in Competition with the Control Group.

  • If the Merger occurs, this Agreement and all obligations hereunder will terminate on the date that is two (2) years after the Effective Time of the Merger, provided that the covenants set forth in Section 3 shall survive until the end of the Non-Competition Period.

Non-Competition Period means, with respect to a specified cessation of employment, the one-year period following the Employee’s termination date; provided that on and after the occurrence of a Change in Control, the Non-Competition Period shall mean, with respect to a specified cessation of employment, the three-year period following the Employee’s termination date.
