Non-Competition Period definition

Non-Competition Period means the period the Executive is employed by the Company plus one (1) year from the Termination Date if the Executive's employment is terminated (i) by the Company for any reason, (ii) by the Executive for any reason, or (iii) by reason of either the Company's or the Executive's decision not to extend the term of this Agreement as contemplated by Section 1 hereof.
Non-Competition Period means the period beginning at the end of the Term and ending one (1) year after the end of the Term.
Non-Competition Period means the time of the Employee’s employment and a period of 12 months following the termination of the Employee’s employment for any reason.

Examples of Non-Competition Period in a sentence

  • The Executive further agrees to provide a copy of this Agreement to anyone who employs the Executive during the Non-Competition Period.

  • Through and up to the conclusion of the Non-Competition Period, Executive shall give notice to the Company of each new business activity he plans to undertake, at least seven (7) days prior to beginning any such activity.

  • With respect to the portion of the Non-Competition Period that follows Executive’s termination of employment, the determination of whether a business is a Competitive Business shall be made based on the scope and location of the businesses conducted or planned to be conducted by the Company and its subsidiaries as of the date of such termination.

  • Additionally, the Executive agrees that during the Non-Competition Period, the Executive will not, directly or indirectly, sell, attempt to sell, provide or attempt to provide, any wireless or wireline telecommunication services, including but not limited to internet services, to any person or entity who was a customer or an actively sought prospective customer of the Company, at any time during the Executive’s employment with the Company.

  • Until the conclusion of the Non-Competition Period, the Executive shall give notice to the Company of each new business activity that he plans to undertake at least thirty (30) days prior to beginning any such activity.


More Definitions of Non-Competition Period

Non-Competition Period is defined in Section 6.1.
