Non-Conforming Product definition

Non-Conforming Product means a Product that does not conform to the Supplier’s Warranties.
Non-Conforming Product shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 8.3.

  • Provider shall, at Company’s sole option and discretion, (a) deliver such Batch of Non-Conforming Product to Company, and/or destroy such Batch of Non-Conforming Product, and (b) produce a new Batch of Product as soon as reasonably possible (subject to the Collaboration Partners providing the required Company Materials).

More Definitions of Non-Conforming Product

Non-Conforming Product means any Product that fails to meet the Specifications.
