Purchase Price means the purchase price for the Equipment as set out in Section 1 of the Schedule inclusive of delivery and installation unless otherwise expressly stated. Related Body Corporate has the meaning given in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). SaaS means if specified in the “SaaS Description” field of Section 4 of the Schedule, the software application or other computing infrastructure to be Software Delivered to the Customer as a service from a remote location through the internet, excluding CLOUDBLU Tools. SaaS Licence Fee means the “SaaS Licence Fee” specified in Section 4 of the Schedule. Schedule means the schedule at the start of this Agreement.
