Non-Lead Master Servicer definition

Non-Lead Master Servicer means the “master servicer” under any Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.
Non-Lead Master Servicer shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2(b).
Non-Lead Master Servicer means, with respect to Note A-2 and the Note A-2 PSA, the master servicer designated under the Note A-2 PSA.

  • Except as provided herein, including without limitation, with respect to the Trustee, Certificate Administrator, Master Servicer and Special Servicer and any Non-Lead Master Servicer, Non-Lead Special Servicer or Non-Lead Trustee, none of the provisions of this Agreement shall be for the benefit of or enforceable by any Person not a party hereto.

  • The Lead Servicer, each Non-Lead Master Servicer, the Trustee and any related Non-Lead Trustee will be entitled to interest on any Advance (at a rate not to exceed the Prime Rate) made in the manner and from the sources provided in the Note A-1 PSA and the Note A-2 PSA, as applicable.

  • Each of the Master Servicer, each Non-Lead Master Servicer, the Trustee and each Non-Lead Trustee is an intended third-party beneficiary of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Non-Lead Master Servicer

Non-Lead Master Servicer means, with respect to any Non-Lead Note, the “master servicer” under the related PSA (other than the Non-Lead Note that is included in the Lead Securitization).
Non-Lead Master Servicer means:
Non-Lead Master Servicer means the Note A-2 Master Servicer or the Note A-3 Master Servicer, as the case may be.
Non-Lead Master Servicer means (i) from and after the First Securitization (if it is not the Note A-1 Securitization), to the extent any Note has been deposited into a Securitization, the master servicer under such related PSA, and (ii) from and after the Note A-1 Securitization, the master servicer designated under any PSA other than the Note A-1 PSA.
Non-Lead Master Servicer means, (i) with respect to Note A-5-A, from and after the Note A-1-A Securitization Date, the master servicer designated under the Note A-5-A PSA, (ii) with respect to Note A-1-B, the master servicer designated under the Note A-1-B PSA, (iii) with respect to Note A-2-A, the master servicer designated under the Note A-2-A PSA, (iv) with respect to Note A-3, the master servicer designated under the Note A-3 PSA and (v) with respect to Note A-4-B, the master servicer designated under the Note A-4-B PSA.
Non-Lead Master Servicer means (i) from and after such date that Note A-2 and/or Note A-6 are deposited into a Securitization, the master servicers under each of the Note A-2 PSA and Note A-6 PSA, respectively, and (ii) from and after the Note A-1 Securitization, the master servicer designated under the Note A-3 PSA.
Non-Lead Master Servicer means, from and after the Note A-1 Securitization Date, the master servicer designated under the XXX 0000-XXX00 PSA.
