Non-Lead Master Servicer definition

Non-Lead Master Servicer means the “master servicer” under any Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

Non-Lead Master Servicer shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2(b).

Non-Lead Master Servicer means, with respect to any Non-Lead Note, the “master servicer” under the related PSA (other than the Non-Lead Note that is included in the Lead Securitization).

• Except as provided herein, including without limitation, with respect to the Trustee, the Certificate Administrator, the Master Servicer, the Special Servicer, the Non-Lead Master Servicer, the Non-Lead Special Servicer and the Non-Lead Trustee, none of the provisions of this Agreement shall be for the benefit of or enforceable by any Person not a party hereto.

• The Non-Lead Master Servicer may be required to make principal and interest Advances on a Non-Lead Securitization Note, from time to time, subject to the terms of the Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement, the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement and this Agreement.

• The Master Servicer and the Trustee, as applicable, and the Non-Lead Master Servicer or the Non-Lead Trustee shall be required to notify each other servicer and trustee with respect to a Securitization of the amount of its principal and interest Advance within two (2) Business Days of making such Advance.

• The Master Servicer or Trustee shall be required to provide written notice to the Non-Lead Master Servicer and the Non-Lead Trustee of any principal and interest Advance it has made with respect to the Lead Securitization Note within two (2) Business Days of making such Advance.

• The Non-Lead Master Servicer and the Non-Lead Special Servicer and the Non-Lead Trustee, as applicable, shall be entitled to make their own recoverability determination with respect to a principal and interest Advance to be made on a Non-Lead Securitization Note based on the information that they have on hand and in accordance with the Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

More Definitions of Non-Lead Master Servicer

Non-Lead Master Servicer means, with respect to Note A-2 and the Note A-2 PSA, the master servicer designated under the Note A-2 PSA.

Non-Lead Master Servicer means, (i) with respect to Note A-2, from and after the Note A-1 Securitization Date, the master servicer designated under the Note X-0 XXX, (xx) with respect to Note A-3, the master servicer designated under the Note A-3 PSA, (iii) with respect to Note A-4, the master servicer designated under the Note A-4 PSA and (iv) with respect to Note A-5, the master servicer designated under the Note A-5 PSA.

Non-Lead Master Servicer means:

Non-Lead Master Servicer means the Note A-2 Master Servicer or the Note A-3 Master Servicer, as the case may be.

Non-Lead Master Servicer means (i) from and after the First Securitization (if it is not the Note A-1 Securitization), to the extent any Note has been deposited into a Securitization, the master servicer under such related PSA, and (ii) from and after the Note A-1 Securitization, the master servicer designated under any PSA other than the Note A-1 PSA.

Non-Lead Master Servicer means, (i) with respect to Note A-2-1 and the Note A-2-1 PSA, the master servicer designated under the Note X-0-0 XXX, (xx) with respect to Note A-2-2 and the Note A-2-2 PSA, the master servicer designated under the Note X-0-0 XXX, (xxx) with respect to Note A-3-1 and the Note A-3-1 PSA, the master servicer designated under the Note A-3 PSA, (iv) with respect to Note A-3-2 and the Note A-3-2 PSA, the master servicer designated under the Note A-3-2 PSA, (v) with respect to Note A-3-3 and the Note A-3-3 PSA, the master servicer designated under the Note A-3-3 PSA and (vi) with respect to Note A-4 and the Note A-4 PSA, the master servicer designated under the Note A-4 PSA.

Non-Lead Master Servicer means, (i) with respect to Note A-3 and the Note A-3 PSA, the master servicer designated under the Note X-0 XXX, (xx) with respect to Note A-4 and the Note A-4 PSA, the master servicer designated under the Note A-4 PSA, (iii) with respect to Note A-5 and the Note A-5 PSA, the master servicer designated under the Note A-5 PSA and (iv) with respect to Note A-1 and Note A-6 and the SGCMS 2016-C5 PSA, from and after the Note A-2 Securitization Date, the master servicer designated under the SGCMS 2016-C5 PSA.
