Non-ongoing employee definition

Non-ongoing employee means an employee engaged for a specified term or for the duration of a specified task in accordance with section 22(2)(b) of the PS Act, consistent with the FW Act.
Non-ongoing employee means an employee engaged under the MOP(S) Act who is not an ongoing or casual employee.
Non-ongoing employee means a person engaged as a non-ongoing employee under Section 22(2) (b) of the Public Service Act 1999.

More Definitions of Non-ongoing employee

Non-ongoing employee means an APS employee who is not an ongoing APS employee. “ongoing employee” means a person engaged as an ongoing APS employee.
