Non-Professional means any natural person who is not a Professional.

Non-Professional means a natural person that uses Data only for non-commercial personal purposes, that is NOT: (i) registered or qualified in any capacity with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Commodities Futures Trading Commission, any state securities agency, any securities exchange or association, any commodities or futures contract market or association, or registered or qualified with an equivalent foreign regulatory entity or trading market;
