You have been granted a Non-Statutory Stock Option (referred to in this Agreement as your “Option”).
The option granted is a Non-Statutory Stock Option in accordance with Article VII of the Plan.
The options to be granted pursuant to this Employment Agreement shall be granted using a Non-Statutory Stock Option Grant Agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit A to the Employment Agreement.
