Non-Traditional Restaurant Addendum definition
Non-Traditional Restaurant Addendum means an addendum to this Agreement negotiated and executed between the parties for a Non-Traditional Restaurant, which may set forth any deviations from the Agreement. Such Non-Traditional Restaurant shall not have any protection of the Territory as described in Paragraph 3.14(a).
