Non-Voting Common Stock definition

Non-Voting Common Stock means the non-voting common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company.
Non-Voting Common Stock means the shares of non-voting common stock, par value $0.001 per share, of the Company issued pursuant to the Exchange Agreement, if any.
