Non-Voting Common Stock definition

Non-Voting Common Stock means the non-voting common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company.
Non-Voting Common Stock means the Non-Voting Common Stock, par value $0.001 per share, of the Company as constituted on the date hereof and any stock into which any such Non-Voting Common Stock shall have been changed or any stock resulting from any reclassification of any such Non-Voting Common Stock.
Non-Voting Common Stock means the non-voting common stock of the Company, par value $0.01 per share.
