Nonattainment pollutant definition

Nonattainment pollutant means, within a nonattainment area, the pollutant for which such area is designated nonattainment. For ozone nonattainment areas, the nonattainment pollutants shall be volatile organic compounds (including hydrocarbons) and nitrogen oxides.
Nonattainment pollutant means a regulated pollutant for which an area is designated a nonattainment area. Nonattainment areas are designated by the EQC according to division 204.
Nonattainment pollutant means any regulated NSR pollutant for which the District, or portion of the District, has been designated as nonattainment, as codified in 40 CFR 81.305, as well as any precursor of such regulated NSR pollutant specified in 40 CFR 51.165(a)(1)(xxxvii)(C).
