Nonconforming Product definition

Nonconforming Product has the meaning provided for in Section 4.3.
Nonconforming Product means Petroleum Product that Buyer is aware is or could be contaminated, adulterated or fails to meet either the Specifications or the requirements of any governing authority or agency.
Nonconforming Product shall refer to a Product that does not conform to the Product warranty provided in Section 12.3 below.

More Definitions of Nonconforming Product

Nonconforming Product means any Product that does not meet the Product Specifications or all the applicable Quality Requirements.
