Nonsolicitation Period definition

Nonsolicitation Period means the Employment Period and a period ending six months after the Date of Termination.

Nonsolicitation Period means the period beginning on the date of this Agreement and ending two years after the date Executive's employment with the Corporation ends or is terminated for any reason.
