Note A-3 definition

Note A-3 shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.
Note A-3 means Note A-3-1, Note A-3-2, Note A-3-3, Note A-3-4 and Note A-3-5, collectively.
Note A-3 means that certain Replacement, Amended and Restated Promissory Note A-3, dated May 1, 2020, as the same may be amended, modified, supplemented extended, restated or replaced, and shall include any replacement promissory notes issued in respect thereof.
