Note Guarantees definition

Note Guarantees means the Guarantees of the Initial Notes and any Additional Notes.

Note Guarantees means the Guarantees of the Subsidiary Guarantors pursuant to the terms of this Indenture, and “Note Guarantee” means any of them.

Note Guarantees means any guarantee of the obligations of the Issuer under this Indenture and the Notes by any Restricted Subsidiary of the Issuer in accordance with the provisions of this Indenture.
