Note Holders definition

Note Holders means collectively, the Note A-1 Holder and the Note A-2 Holder.

• Nothing contained in this Agreement, and no action taken pursuant hereto shall be deemed to constitute the relationship created hereby between the Note Holders as a partnership, association, joint venture or other entity.

• The Note Holders hereby agree that, upon the request of the Servicer, each Non-Lead Securitization Note Holder shall execute, acknowledge and deliver to the Servicer all and every such further deeds, conveyances and instruments as the Servicer may reasonably request for the better assuring and evidencing of the foregoing appointment and grant.
