Note Holders definition

Note Holders means collectively, the Note A-1 Holder and the Note A-2 Holder.

• Nothing contained in this Agreement, and no action taken pursuant hereto shall be deemed to constitute the relationship created hereby between the Note Holders as a partnership, association, joint venture or other entity.

• Each Note Holder desiring to effect such transfer shall, and does hereby agree to, indemnify the Agent and the other Note Holders against any liability that may result if the transfer is not made in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

Note Holders means the person(s) for the time shown as the holder of any Note(s) in the records of the CDS on the relevant date for determination of the Note Holder; and
