Unless prepaid, all principal and accrued interest under this Note is payable in one lump sum on the Investor Note Maturity Date.
Investor may, with Company’s consent, pay, without penalty, all or any portion of the outstanding balance along with any accrued but unpaid interest on this Note at any time prior to the Investor Note Maturity Date.
