Note One definition

Note One shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.5.

Note One. A reserve pilot who flies an inverse assignment rotation into an X-day(s) is entitled to additional time free of duty under Section 23 S. 11. Note two: A reserve pilot inversely assigned to a rotation in which all duty periods of the rotation are scheduled to operate on on-call days may request that one X-day that coincides with a day on which the pilot does not have a duty period within the IA rotation be moved to the first day of the IA rotation.
