Note or Notes definition

Note or Notes. The terms "Note" or "Notes" shall mean any Note or Notes, as the case may be, authenticated and delivered under this Indenture.

• Upon surrender to the Indenture Trustee of the typewritten Note or Notes representing the Book-Entry Notes by the Clearing Agency, accompanied by registration instructions, the Issuing Entity shall execute and the Indenture Trustee shall authenticate the Definitive Notes in accordance with the instructions of the Clearing Agency.

• Upon surrender to the Indenture Trustee of the Note or Notes representing the Book-Entry Notes by the Clearing Agency, accompanied by registration instructions, the Issuer shall execute and the Indenture Trustee shall authenticate the Definitive Notes in accordance with the instructions of the Clearing Agency.

More Definitions of Note or Notes

Note or Notes. . The terms "Note" or "Notes" shall mean any one or more, as the case may be, of the 9.5% Senior Notes Due 2005 authenticated and delivered under this Indenture.

Note or Notes means the promissory note of the Borrower, substantially in the form of Exhibits A and B hereto evidencing the obligation of the Borrower to repay the Loans.
