Examples of Note Ordinance in a sentence
In the event of a conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the terms of the Note Ordinance relating to the duties of the Agent, the terms of this Agreement shall control.
If any Direct Purchase Note is mutilated, lost, stolen or destroyed, the Agent shall authenticate and deliver a new Note in accordance with Section 12 of the Note Ordinance.
Proceeds shall be applied by City pursuant to Section 17 of the Note Ordinance.
The Direct Purchase Notes shall be in the form set forth in Exhibit B to the Note Ordinance, with such appropriate insertions, omissions, substitutions, and other variations as are permitted or required by the Note Ordinance and approved by an Authorized City Representative.
Capitalized terms not specifically defined herein shall have the meanings given to them in the Note Ordinance.
