Note Prepayment Amount definition

Note Prepayment Amount means an amount equal to the Pre-Funded Amount on the Mandatory Redemption Date (after giving effect to any application thereof to acquire Subsequent Receivables on the last day of the Funding Period).

More Definitions of Note Prepayment Amount

Note Prepayment Amount means an amount equal to the unpaid principal amount of the Class of Notes to be prepaid plus accrued and unpaid interest thereon at the applicable Note Interest Rate plus interest on any overdue interest at the applicable Note Interest Rate (to the extent lawful) to but excluding the Payment Date on which such payment will be made and the Notes will be paid in full.
