The Mortgagee shall be indemnified by the Owner to the extent and in the manner provided in Section 8 of the Note Purchase Agreement.
So long as any signatory to the Note Purchase Agreement or nominee thereof shall be a registered Note Holder, all payments to it shall be made to the account of such Note Holder specified in Schedule 1 thereto and otherwise in the manner provided in or pursuant to the Note Purchase Agreement unless it shall have specified some other account or manner of payment by notice to the Mortgagee consistent with this Section 2.04.
