Note Trustee definition
Note Trustee means the Person identified as the “Trustee” in the Indenture, solely in its capacity as Trustee pursuant to the Indenture and not in its individual capacity, or its successor in interest in such capacity, or any successor Trustee appointed as provided in the Indenture.
Note Trustee means The Bank of New York, a New York banking corporation, as trustee under the Indenture until a successor is appointed thereunder, and thereafter means such successor trustee.
Note Trustee means the Person acting as trustee under the Note Indenture.

As soon as practicable following the notification to the Note Trustee and the Noteholders of an early redemption of a Series and Class of Notes in accordance with Condition 5 of such, the Issuer Cash Manager shall notify, as soon as is reasonably practicable, the relevant Issuer Swap Providers (being the Issuer Swap Providers who have entered into swap transactions with the Issuer relating to such Notes) of such redemption.

Note Trustee means The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A., solely in its capacity as trustee pursuant to the Indenture and not in its individual capacity, or its successor in interest in such capacity, or any successor trustee appointed as provided in the Indenture.
Note Trustee means The Bank of New York, or such person or persons for the time being acting as note trustee or trustees under the Trust Deeds relating to the Notes;
Note Trustee means The Bank of New York and its successors or any further or other note trustee under the Current Issuer Trust Deed, as trustee for the Noteholders, and/or the Current Issuer Deed of Charge;
Note Trustee s requirements regarding Agents, etc.: At any time after a Note Event of Default shall have occurred (which shall not have been waived by the Note Trustee or remedied to its satisfaction) or the Current Issuer Notes shall otherwise have become due and repayable or Individual Note Certificates have not been issued when so required in accordance with these presents and the Global Note Certificates, the Note Trustee may:
(a) by notice in writing to the Current Issuer, the Principal Paying Agent, the US Paying Agent, the Agent Bank, the Transfer Agent and the Registrar require such Agents or any of them pursuant to the Current Issuer Paying Agent and Agent Bank Agreement:
(i) to act thereafter, and until otherwise instructed by the Note Trustee, as Agents respectively of the Note Trustee on the terms provided in the Current Issuer Paying Agent and Agent Bank Agreement (with consequential amendments as necessary and save that the Note Trustee's liability under any provisions thereof for the indemnification, remuneration and payment of out-of-pocket expenses of the Agents shall be limited to the amounts for the time being held by the Note Trustee on the trusts of these presents relating to the Current Issuer Notes and available for such purpose) and thereafter to hold all Note Certificates and all sums, documents and records held by them in respect of Current Issuer Notes on behalf of the Note Trustee; and/or
(ii) to deliver up all Note Certificates and all sums, documents and records held by them in respect of the Current Issuer Notes to the Note Trustee or as the Note Trustee shall direct in such notice provided that such notice shall be deemed not to apply to any documents or records which the relevant Agent or the Registrar, as the case may be, is obliged not to release by any law or regulation; and/or
(b) by notice in writing to the Current Issuer require it to make all subsequent payments in respect of the Current Issuer Notes to or to the order of the Note Trustee with effect from the issue of any such notice to the Current Issuer and until such notice is withdrawn, Clause 2.2(a) above relating to the Current Issuer Notes shall cease to have effect.
