Noteholder Documents definition
Noteholder Documents means (a) the Indenture, the Notes and the Noteholder Collateral Documents and (b) any other related document or instrument executed and delivered pursuant to any Noteholder Document described in clause (a) above evidencing or governing any Obligations thereunder.
Noteholder Documents means (a) the Second Priority Senior Secured Notes Indenture, the Notes, the Noteholder Collateral Documents and (b) any other related document or instrument executed and delivered pursuant to any Noteholder Document described in clause (a) above evidencing or governing any Obligations thereunder.
Noteholder Documents means the Indenture and the Noteholder Security Documents.
Examples of Noteholder Documents in a sentence
All of the existing Indebtedness under the Existing Noteholder Documents shall be repaid in full, all commitments thereunder shall be terminated and all security interests related thereto shall be terminated, in each case, substantially simultaneously with the closing of this Agreement.
Immediately upon the receipt by any Loan Party or any Subsidiary of the Net Cash Proceeds of any issuance of Indebtedness under the Noteholder Documents, the Borrowers shall prepay the Delayed Draw Term A-2 Loans as hereinafter provided in an aggregate amount equal to 100% of such Net Cash Proceeds.

Noteholder Documents means collectively (a) the Indenture, the Notes, the Noteholder Collateral Documents and (b) any other related document or instrument executed and delivered pursuant to any Noteholder Document described in clause (a) above evidencing or governing any Obligations thereunder as the same may be amended, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.
Noteholder Documents means the Indenture, the Notes, the Noteholder Collateral Documents and any other document or instrument executed and delivered at any time pursuant to any Noteholder Document or otherwise, with respect to any Noteholder Debt, as the same may be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, or restated from time to time.
Noteholder Documents means the Purchase Agreement, the Placement Notes, the Guarantee Agreement and each of the other agreements, documents and instruments providing for or evidencing any other Noteholder Obligation, and any other document or instrument executed or delivered at any time in connection with any Noteholder Obligation, as the same may be amended, modified or otherwise supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof, thereof and the Purchase Agreement.
Noteholder Documents means, collectively, the Indenture, the Senior Secured Notes, the Noteholder Collateral Documents and any other related document or instrument executed and delivered pursuant to any Noteholder Document at any time or otherwise evidencing any Noteholder Claims, as the same may be amended, supplemented, amended and restated or otherwise modified from time to time.
Noteholder Documents means, collectively, the Noteholder Agreement and all agreements, documents and instruments at any time executed and/or delivered by any Indenture Loan Party to, with or in favor of any Noteholder Secured Party in connection therewith, as all of the foregoing now exist or may hereafter be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated, refinanced, replaced or restructured (in whole or in part and including any agreements with, to or in favor of any other lender or group of lenders that at any time refinances, replaces or succeeds to all or any portion of the Noteholder Debt).
Noteholder Documents means the Existing Notes Documents and any Additional Notes Documents.
Noteholder Documents means the Indentures, the Notes, this Agreement, the other Junior Priority Security Documents and the Intercreditor Agreement.
