Notes Register definition

Notes Register and “Notes Registrar”: The respective meanings specified in Section 2.5(a) hereof.

Notes Register means the register maintained by the Note Registrar with respect to the Notes pursuant to Section 2.5.

Notes Register means the register maintained by the Company, which includes a list of the names and addresses of each Holder, as well as the outstanding principal amount and interest amount owing to such Holder from time to time.
