In the event of any redemption pursuant to Section 9.3 or 9.8, a notice of redemption shall be provided by the Collateral Trustee not later than seven Business Days prior to the applicable Redemption Date, to each Holder of Debt, at such Holder’s address in the Notes Register and the Rating Agency.
The Collateral Trustee is hereby initially appointed “Notes Registrar” for the purpose of registering Notes and transfers of such Notes with respect to the Notes Register maintained in the United States as herein provided.

Upon written request at any time the Notes Registrar and the Loan Agent shall provide to the Issuer, the Collateral Manager, the Placement Agent or any Holder a current list of Holders as reflected in the Notes Register and the Loan Register, as applicable.
