Notes Secured Parties definition

Notes Secured Parties means the Secured Noteholders, the Notes Collateral Agent and the Notes Trustee.

More Definitions of Notes Secured Parties

Notes Secured Parties means (a) the holders of Obligations in respect of the Notes (including the Note Guarantees), the Notes Collateral Documents and this Indenture, (b) the Representative(s) with respect thereto and (c) the successors and assigns of each of the foregoing.
Notes Secured Parties means the “Secured Parties” as defined in the Notes Security Agreement.
Notes Secured Parties means, collectively, (a) the Trustee, (b) the Collateral Agent, (c) the Agents, (d) the Holders of the Notes, (e) each other person to whom any of the Notes Debt are owed and (f) the successors, replacements and assigns of each of the foregoing; sometimes being referred to herein individually as a “Notes Secured Party.”
