Prior to exercising its right to issue a Notice of Termination, MWC will issue a written notice to the Supplier, specifying the circumstances and in the event of a Supplier’s default, requesting the Supplier to remedy the cause of such event of default within the period of time specified therein, which - as circumstances allow - shall be no less 30 Days following receipt of such notice ("Initial Notice" and "Cure Period", respectively).
