If you fail to properly complete and deliver the Conversion Shares Settlement Notice on or before the Notice Cut-off Date, the Conversion Shares Depository shall continue to hold your Conversion Shares (or Conversion Shares Component, if applicable).
The Final Cancellation Date may be up to twelve (12) business days following the Notice Cut-off Date.
