Notice of Continuation definition

Notice of Continuation means a notice substantially in the form of Exhibit D (or such other form reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent and containing the information required in such Exhibit) to be delivered to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 2.8. evidencing the Borrower’s request for the Continuation of a LIBOR Loan.

Notice of Continuation means a notice in the form of Exhibit G to be delivered to the Agent pursuant to Section 2.5. evidencing the Borrower's request for the Continuation of a borrowing of Revolving Loans.

Notice of Continuation shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.6(a).

Examples of Notice of Continuation in a sentence

• Each Notice of Continuation shall be irrevocable by and binding on the Borrower once given.

• Promptly after receipt of a Notice of Continuation, the Administrative Agent shall notify each Lender of the proposed Continuation.

• Promptly after receipt of a Notice of Continuation, the Agent shall notify each Lender by telecopy, or other similar form of transmission, of the proposed Continuation.

• Each selection of a new Interest Period shall be made by the Borrower giving to the Agent a Notice of Continuation not later than 11:00 a.m. on the third Business Day prior to the date of any such Continuation.

• Such notice by the Borrower of a Continuation shall be by telephone or telecopy, confirmed immediately in writing if by telephone, in the form of a Notice of Continuation, specifying (a) the proposed date of such Continuation, (b) the LIBOR Loans and portions thereof subject to such Continuation and (c) the duration of the selected Interest Period, all of which shall be specified in such manner as is necessary to comply with all limitations on Loans outstanding hereunder.

Notice of Continuation means a notice substantially in the form of Exhibit E (or such other form reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent and containing the information required in such Exhibit) to be delivered to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 2.02 evidencing the Borrower’s request for the continuation of Eurodollar Rate Loans.

Notice of Continuation has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 4.3(a).

Notice of Continuation with respect to a Committed Rate Eurocurrency Loan in any Currency, a notice from the Specified Borrower in respect of such Loan, containing the information in respect of such Loan and delivered to the Person, in the manner and by the time specified for a Notice of Continuation in respect of such Currency in the Administrative Schedule.
